HPC obtained development approval for the extension of the existing pharmacy for the use of a Doctor’s Surgery together with a new façade and signage to the front elevation of the pharmacy.

The building height, built form and scale of the proposed extension was carefully designed to reflect the character intent for the Low Density Residential Zone and to seamlessly integrate with the existing pharmacy. The extension provides a significantly improved urban design outcome for the site, with increased street activation and articulated built form to the street frontages. The new Doctor’s Surgery will provide a vital health care service to the immediate residential community and adjoining businesses.
