On behalf of the Gambaro family, HPC obtained development approval for a luxury 70 room boutique hotel across 5 storeys, function centre, restaurant and outside terraces on Brisbane’s Caxton Street. As part of the rigorous assessment, HPC addressed issues relating to use, noise, heritage and architectural character. The impact assessable development involved staged construction and renovation totalling over 5,300m² of GFA on the 1,400m² site.
