HPC secured development approval for a 150-place Child Care Centre and 37 lot residential subdivision on land adjacent to Old Gympie Road, Dakabin. HPC design and planning teams worked closely with Moreton Bay Regional Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads to deliver a balanced community, environmental and commercial outcome.
