On behalf of our client Commercial and Industrial Property (CIP), HPC successfully obtained Preliminary Approval to change the zoning of this key Sherwood development site from General Industry to Medium Density Residential. HPC also provided master planning services to support the re-zoning application as well as planning advice relating to the future 4 storey apartments to accommodate the site.
