HPC was responsible for concept design and gaining development approval for the subdivision of a 2ha site for premium residential housing in Bridgeman Downs. Site planning of allotments required mitigation of environmental issues through design solutions such as building-location-envelope plans and design covenants to ensure the protection of on-site vegetation. In addition, HPC provided project management services from the DA stage through to completion.
